Calling itself the Micro-Fiber Militia, a group of crocheters in Chicago are following in the footsteps of groups like Knitta Please and the Knitta Crew, covering tree trunks, scaffolding, bike racks, and bus-stop poles with crocheted flowers and other colorful designs.
